This policy of insurance witnesses that the people’s insurance company of China (hereinafter called “the company”) at the request of the insured and in consideration of the agreed premium paid to the company by the insured, undertakes to insure the undermentioned goods in transportation subject of the conditions of this plo9licy as per the clauses printed overleaf and other special clauses attached hereon.

所保(bao)貨物，如發生保(bao)險單項下可能(neng)引(yin)起(qi)索(suo)賠的(de)損失或損壞，應(ying)立即通知本(ben)公司(si)下述代(dai)理人查勘。如有(you)(you)索(suo)賠，應(ying)向本(ben)公司(si)提交保(bao)險正本(ben)（本(ben)保(bao)險單共有(you)(you)一(yi)份正本(ben)）及(ji)有(you)(you)關文件。如一(yi)份正本(ben)已(yi)用于索(suo)賠，其余正本(ben)自動失效。
In the event of loss or damage which may result in a claim under this policy. Immediate notice must be given to the company’s agents as mentioned hereunder. Claim, if any, one of the original Policy which has been issued in 1 original(s) together with the relevant documents shall be surrendered to the company. If one of the original policy has been accomplished, the others to be void.
