保險條款是國際貨物買賣合同的重要組成部分之一，它涉及買賣雙方的利益。一般來說，保險條款所涉及的內容有保險金額、投保險別、保險費、保險單證和保險適用條款等。保險金額(Amount Insured)是指保險公司可能賠償的最高金額，習慣上按發票金額加一成(10％)
保(bao)(bao)險條款是(shi)國際貨(huo)物(wu)買賣合同的(de)重(zhong)要組成(cheng)部分(fen)之一(yi)，它涉及買賣雙方的(de)利益。一(yi)般(ban)來說，保(bao)(bao)險條款所(suo)涉及的(de)內容有(you)保(bao)(bao)險金額、投保(bao)(bao)險別(bie)、保(bao)(bao)險費、保(bao)(bao)險單證(zheng)和保(bao)(bao)險適用條款等(deng)。保(bao)(bao)險金額(Amount Insured)是(shi)指保(bao)(bao)險公司可(ke)能賠償(chang)的(de)最高金額，習(xi)慣(guan)上按(an)發票金額加一(yi)成(cheng)(10％)預期(qi)利潤和業務費用。
一、常用條款(kuan)約定
1、Insurance: To be covered by the Seller for 110 percent of the invoice value against War Risks and Strike Risk as per Institute Cargo Clauses.||8.保 險：由賣(mai)方根(gen)據貨物(wu)協會條款投保一切險和戰(zhan)爭險、罷工險，保險額(e)為(wei)商業發(fa)票金額(e)的110%。

Except in cases where the insurance is covered by the Buyers as arranged, insurance is to be covered by the Sellers with a Chinese insurance company. If insurance for additional amount and /or for other insurance terms is required by the Buyers, prior notice to this effect must reach the Sellers before shipment and is subject to the Sellers’ agreement, and the extra insurance premium shall be for the Buyers’ account.
